Targeted Searches not Searching for Targets
Our market knowledge enables us to conduct searches in a targeted,
and therefore timely manner. We are already aware of the reputations
of many individuals and are able to discretely cross reference this
information to ensure compatibility of clients and candidates. Our
consultants are fully involved in the search process - from search
proposal, candidate identification and screening through to issuance
of job offer and subsequent contractual negotiations. We keep in
regular contact after the candidate has started to ensure complete
candidate and client satisfaction.

Ideas Generation
In addition to specific search mandates we are also able to keep a
'watching brief' on potential hiring opportunities for clients we
know particularly well. These hiring opportunities are usually time
sensitive, resulting from factors such as group reorganisation or
merger, changes in personal circumstances or disappointing bonus
awards. By proactively approaching a particular client with an idea,
we are able to add liquidity to very tight market areas where there
is a substantial shortage of available candidates.
